The Yacht Club facilities are for the use of members and their guests only.

No skateboarding, roller-skating, roller blading or biking on Club property.

Place all refuse in proper receptacles.

All animals must be kept on short leash on Club property, never in the building.

Proper language and dress are expected at all times.

Swearing or abusive language are not allowed.

No smoking allowed in Hartranft Hall, smoking is allowed in the Tim-Bo Lounge.

Children are not allowed in the bar area.

Age at the Tim-Bo Lounge is 21 years old.

Juniors must keep the Junior Room in a neat, order and clean manner.

Juniors should be off Club property by 9PM unless attending a Club function.

Shoes must be worn at all times except when launching a boat.

Docks are for use of Yacht Club members only.

Visiting rights are granted to members of other BBYRA member clubs, proof of membership required, club burgee or membership card must be produced.

All boats at dock and on ground must have current year boat decal displayed.

All boats at dock must use 1/2’ mooring line minimum.

No crabbing or fishing off Yacht Club pier.

No swimming in or around boating area.

No boats shall be left on Club property from November 15th to March 31^st.

All social activities must be coordinated with the social director.

Kitchen must be left clean and orderly after each event.

All garbage must be taken out at the end of the each event.

Tables and chairs must be returned to their original position after each event (refer to table diagram posted in kitchen).

Any one individual may visit our Club a maximum of 4 times in 1 calendar year (June 1- May 31) regardless of the number of members willing to host that individual.

All visitors must register upon entering the Club. The Sign-in Book is at the entrance of the bar.

All visitors must be accompanied by their host OGYC member.

All visitors must conduct themselves properly. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests.

Infractions of House Rules should be brought to the attention of the Commodore or a member of the Executive Committee.

Please be aware that sand and water is a problem in our building, it damages the hardwood floors.

Please try to be considerate.
